Refunds and Exchanges:
We at Apparel Matter prioritize customer satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange an item or if you’re not satisfied, please read the following details:
Return Procedure:
- Returns can be made up to 30 days after the delivery date.
- Items must be new and unused.
- To initiate a return, please contact the customer service team and provide them with your order details and the reason for the return. You will be instructed after returning.
- Unless the item is damaged or it is our fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchange Procedure:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer care team to initiate the exchange process.
- Please note that the availability of the item you want to exchange for must be confirmed first. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on proceeding.
- Please be aware that customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging items unless the product is defective or the error is ours.
Refunds
