1. What will happen if I receive the wrong color or a different size?

2. What is the order processing time after placing the order?

3. What should I do if I want to return my order?

To return an item, contact customer service with your order details and reason for return. Returns can be made up to 30 days after the delivery date.

4. How do I wash my sublimated towels?

We recommend cleaning the towel by hand. Use a neutral detergent diluted with water no hotter than 104°F. Do not use chlorine bleach, and avoid dry cleaning. If you prefer machine washing, we suggest hang drying.
